We’re inviting individuals to participate in a clinical study for an investigational medicine for the treatment of obesity and the resulting cardiometabolic diseases.

This study aims to understand how the drug HU6 works in the body after repeated doses, focusing on key measures like peak levels, lowest levels before the next dose, and overall exposure.
• At home dosing | HU6 450 mg QD, HU6 300 mg BID, and PBO
• Participants must be comfortable dosing at home and recording with AICure smartphone app and wearing a temperature monitor.

Trial details
Participants:
- Overweight or obese adult participants
- Age 30 years old or older
- BMI 27 -44 kg/m2
Commitment;
- 11-16 Outpatient Visits
- 0-2 inpatients stays each 1 night
- Multiple off site procedures: Fibroscan, MRI, eye exams
Lifestyle:
- Will need to have a smartphone and able to download an app called Ai Cure and AION
- Must be okay with wearing a daily temp monitoring
- Must be willing to consume meal supplement daily
