This study is a drug-drug interaction (DDI) study, which means it evaluates the effect that one drug has on the breakdown of another drug. This study will investigate whether there is the potential for a drug-drug interaction between FDA-approved vimseltinib and ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel commonly used in birth control.
This study is for healthy women 18-55 years old.

The study will look at how vimseltinib interacts with ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel. Combined oral contraceptive, ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel is not being used as contraception in this study, but rather to help determine whether the study drug vimseltinib affects how similar drugs are processed in the body.
- Administered via 2 doses of combined oral contraceptive and 7 doses of vimseltinib during the inpatient stay

Participants:
- Healthy women
- Age: 18-55
- BMI: 18.5-30.0 kg/m2
Procedures:
- Normal standardized meals
- 10 hr fast prior to dosing
Commitment:
- 1 inpatient stay 21 nights/ 22 days
- 1 screening appointment
- 1 end of study visit
Remuneration:
- Up to $10,981 for study participantion time and effort
