The study drug is being developed for the treatment of cystic fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that causes thick, sticky mucus to build up primarily in the lungs shortening the lifespan of those with this disease. Your involvement could help improve treatments for people experiencing daily challenges.  

We are currently seeking healthy adults to participate in this clinical study.

The study will assess how the investigational drug interacts with omeprazole.  

  • oral dose Sion-451 Day 1 and Day 10
  • oral dose omeprazole Day 3-11

  • Age: 18-55
  • BMI: 18.5-32 kg/m2

Procedures

  • Standard meals and fat containing meals
  • Blood draws, vital signs, EKG measurements

Commitment

  • 1 screen appointment
  • 1 inpatient stay of 12 nights/ 13 days
  • 1 follow up phone call
