We are currently seeking volunteers with mild, moderate, or severe kidney impairment to participate in a clinical research study evaluating an investigational medication. Participation in this study may help advance future treatment options and contribute to important medical research.

- Impaired kidney function can affect absorption, plasma protein binding, or distribution of a drug. Impaired kidney function can alter drug metabolism and transport pathways in the liver and gut; thus, there is potential for kidney impairment to also affect drugs that are predominantly cleared non-renally.

Trial details
Participants:
- Men and women
- Ages 18-75
- BMI: 18-45 kg/m2
- Mild, moderate, or severe chronic kidney disease
Commitment:
- 1 screening
- 1 inpatient stay of 5 nights/ 6 days
- 1 follow up phone call
Remuneration:
- Up to $3565 total for study participation time and effort
