At Nucleus Network we are at the forefront of medical research, running early-stage clinical trials dedicated to improving the lives of those living with a range of medical conditions. We’re inviting individuals to participate in a pivotal clinical study for a potential treatment aimed at antibiotic resistant infections.
Join our clinical trial
Participate in a clinical study for a potential new treatment for drug resistant critical infections. The sponsor is developing a fixed combination antibiotic of cefiderocol plus xeruborbactam to address the challenges of treatment of serious infections caused by bacteria that are increasingly resistant to available treatments. Cefiderocol is already on the market as an FDA approved antibiotic.
Xeruborbactam is an investigational medication that has not been FDA approved yet. It effectively targets enzymes that cause resistance to antibiotics like penicillin. The study drug Xeruborbactam can help potentially enhance effectiveness when used together with other antibiotics.
Why participate?
By participating, you will contribute to research that could improve future treatments and make a positive impact on individuals and families affected by drug resistant critical infections.
