We are conducting a first-in-human clinical trial to evaluate a potential new treatment for brain and nerve disorders. This study will assess the safety and tolerability of an oral medication, with the goal of developing better treatment options for conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Additional eligibility
- Weight ≥ 50 kg
- Not taking any prescription medication (except for contraception)
- Non-smoker or smoking less than 5 cigarettes or equivalent per week & willing to abstain during inpatient stay.
- Abstain from alcohol for 72 hours before dosing until end of study.

11-night stay and 1 follow-up visit

- An independent ethics committee has approved this clinical trial.
- This is the first time the study drug has been given to humans and therefore there are potentially unknown risks involved. This clinical trial has been carefully designed to minimise the risks for participants. Prior to participation you will be provided with detailed information about the trial, its risks and our mitigation strategies, and have an appointment with one of our doctors who will happily answer any questions that you may have.
