Dr Christina Chang is an infectious diseases physician at The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne (2009-current) and principal investigator of early phase and first-in-human studies at Nucleus Network, Melbourne (2023-current).  She is a clinician-scientist with dual specialist qualifications in Infectious Diseases and General Medicine, and a PhD in infectious diseases and immunology. She has more than 20 years of clinical trial experience across all phases, from investigator-initiated clinical and basic research, Phase 1 studies including novel vaccines, to international multi-arm, multi-stage Phase 2/3 treatment platform studies and community-based implementation science research. She has extensive international experience and has >100 peer-reviewed publications including in leading medical journals.
