- If you are currently taking semaglutide or tirzepatide and are generally healthy consider this clinical trial
- Dose administration- SC injection
- Weekly injections during run-in period
- Treatment period dose Day 1 and Day 29

Trial details
Participants:
- Overweight or obese adults
- Taking subcutaneous semaglutide or tirzepatide
- Age: 18-70
- BMI: ≥23.0 kg/m2 (Asian participants only) , ≥25 kg/m2
- Pre-existing medical conditions; high blood pressure, high cholesterol or other related medical
conditions except Type 2 Diabtes
Commitment:
- 1 screen appointment
- 4 week run-in period with SC weekly injections of your current dose of semaglutide or tirzepatide,
- 1 inpatient stay up to 8 nights/ 9 days
- 4 week treatment period of a total of 2 SC doses of investigational medication
separated by 28 days - 8 outpatient safety follow up visits
Remuneration:
- up to $8,000 for taking part in this study
- Additional $1,000 retention bonus, so if you complete all required visits, including any additional visits or phone calls, total compensation will be up to $9,000
Clinical Indication:
- Chronic weight managment
- This is a research study to evaluate the PK, safety and tolerability of the study drug
