Dr Aarthy Joseph is a highly experienced physician and clinical researcher with a postgraduate degree in General Medicine and nearly a decade of leadership in early phase clinical trials. As a Principal Investigator at Nucleus Network, Australia’s largest and only global Phase 1 clinical trials organization, Dr Joseph has overseen the safe and ethical conduct of over 350+ clinical trials involving novel therapeutics, biologics, and vaccines.

Her expertise spans a wide range of investigational products, including:

• mRNA and siRNA therapies
• Antibody therapeutics and biosimilars
• Immunosuppressants and antidiabetic agents
• Complement inhibitors and novel vaccines

Dr Joseph is known for her meticulous oversight of trial protocols, participant safety, and regulatory compliance. She has played a pivotal role in Safety Review Committees, dose escalation decisions, and adverse event reporting, ensuring the highest standards of clinical integrity.

• Former Research Assistant at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, contributing to the Child Health CheckPoint study.
