4 nights stay, 9 follow-up visits

Administered via subcutaneous (SC) or intravenous (IV) infusion.
Ethics
This is a first-in-human (FIH) study, meaning it is the first time this investigational treatment is being evaluated in humans. This clinical trial has been carefully designed to minimize risks for participants. Prior to participation, you will be provided with detailed information about the trial, its risks, and our mitigation strategies. You will also have an appointment with one of our doctors, who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Additional eligibility
- Females: postmenopausal, surgically sterile, or using two effective birth control methods (condom plus hormonal birth control, non-hormonal IUD, tubes tied, or partner with vasectomy).
- Males: use two effective birth control methods (condom plus one of the methods listed above) and no sperm donation.
- Body weight ≥50 kg.
