The study drug is being developed to address the need for effective treatment for cystic fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that causes thick, sticky mucus to build up primarily in the lungs shortening the lifespan of those with this disease. Your involvement could help improve treatments for people experiencing daily challenges.  

We are currently seeking healthy adults to participate in this clinical study.

The study will assess how SION‑719 interacts with omeprazole. It will also evaluate whether SION‑719 affects the way similar drugs are processed in the body. 

  • Omeprazole delayed-release capsule | daily dosing 
  • SION-719 | one dose

Trial details

Participants:

  • Healthy men & women 18-55 years old
  • BMI: 18-32 kg/m2

Procedures:

  • Fat containing meal 
  • Must not have used any medications or non-prescription medications for at least 14 days before first dose 

Committment:

  • 12 night inpatient stay
  • 1 follow up phone call
