We’re testing a potential new treatment designed to help people living with conditions where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own cells. This study aims to better understand how the therapy interacts with the immune system and whether it can help reduce unwanted immune responses.

Study medication

Administered through either a subcutaneous injection, or IV depending on your cohort. 

Ethics

An independent ethics committee has approved this clinical trial. 

Additional eligibility

  • Weight between 45kg and 110kg 
  • Healthy with no significant medical history 
  • Not currently taking other diabetes or weight loss medications
  • Must be willing to adhere to contraception requirements as informed by our medical team 
  • Non-smoker or smoking no more than 2 cigarettes per day 
  • 2025 Influenza vaccine and COVID-19 booster within 12 months prior to dosing required (or willing to receive)
