Participate in a clinical study of a potential treatment for complement-related disorders. The complement system is an important part of the immune system, but when it malfunctions it can cause a range of serious medical conditions. In this study we are testing a drug with the goal of modulating the complement system, as a potential treatment for these conditions.

At this stage we are studying how the medication is processed by the human body, so we are looking for healthy volunteers with no medical conditions. If this study is successful, at a later stage the medication will be given to patients.
