This study aims to assess the safety, tolerability, and how the body processes the study medication under different conditions, including variations in food intake and ethnic backgrounds. 

The investigational treatment is being developed as a potential future therapy for metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and obesity. This study will help us understand the safety and tolerability of potential new treatment before testing its effectiveness in patients.
