We are conducting a clinical trial to evaluate a potential new antibiotic in healthy adult volunteers. This study aims to assess the safety, tolerability, and how the body processes this medication.
The investigational treatment is being developed to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR) by targeting dangerous bacteria.

Administered via intravenous (IV) infusion.
Additional eligibility
- Healthy with no significant medical history
- Weigh between 55-110kg
- Must be willing to adhere to contraception requirements as informed by our medical team
- Not taking any prescription medication (except for contraception)
- Willing to refrain from strenuous physical activity
- Non-smoker
