This clinical trial is evaluating the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of a potential new treatment administered by intravenous (IV) infusion.

Study medication
Administered by intravenous (IV) infusion.
Ethics
This is the first time the study drug has been given to humans and therefore there are potentially unknown risks involved. This clinical trial has been carefully designed to minimise the risks for participants. Prior to participation you will be provided with detailed information about the trial, its risks and our mitigation strategies, and have an appointment with one of our doctors who will happily answer any questions that you may have.
An independent ethics committee has approved this clinical trial.
Additional eligibility
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B.
- Non-smokers or smoking ≤ 5 cigarettes per week
- Weight between 50 and 100kg

7-night in-clinic stay and 8 follow-up visits
