Peggy North

Peggy leads the global People & Culture function at Nucleus Network, overseeing organisational culture, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, reward and recognition, wellbeing, and employee communications across the organisation’s international sites. She brings extensive experience leading HR functions in complex, multi-site organisations and has a strong track record in building high-performing teams, shaping inclusive cultures, and aligning people strategy with sustainable business growth.

Working closely with the executive team, Peggy helps ensure Nucleus Network’s people strategy supports both operational excellence and a collaborative, values-driven workplace as the organisation continues to grow globally.
