Mike McFadden

Mike is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience, including nearly a decade focused on Australian-based, private equity-owned healthcare businesses. Known for his pragmatic, people-oriented, and data-driven approach, he has consistently driven operational excellence, built high-performing teams, and led transformational change initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining Nucleus Network, Mike was APAC CEO for Inspired Education (a leading global provider of premium K-12 education), COO at Better Medical (a large network of GP clinics) and held various senior leadership roles in GenesisCare’s oncology and cardiology businesses. He began his career at Bain & Company, working across the US, Canada, and India. Having lived, worked, and traveled extensively around the globe, he brings a global perspective to his leadership.
Mike graduated from Princeton University and earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. In his spare time, Mike enjoys getting outdoors with his wife and three children at their home in the Gold Coast and in his native Canada.
