Jarrod Midboe brings over two decades of experience in clinical operations, alliance management, and pharmaceutical development to his role as Vice President of Operations for the USA. Known for his strategic leadership and collaborative mindset, Jarrod has played a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence across multiple organizations.

Prior to his current role, Jarrod served as Director of Clinical Affairs and Vendor/Alliance Management at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, where he led cross-functional teams and managed complex partnerships to drive innovation and efficiency in clinical development. His expertise spans clinical trial management, vendor oversight, and strategic alliance execution, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Jarrod holds certifications in project management (PMP) and clinical research (CCRC), and is recognized for his ability to foster strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. His leadership philosophy centers on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
