At Nucleus Network, we lead the way in advancing medical research through clinical trials that explore new investigational medicines aimed at improving lives across a wide range of health conditions.
We’re currently inviting healthy women volunteers to take part in a clinical study evaluating a potential new treatment for cystic fibrosis. Women must be postmenopausal (defined as no menses for 12 months) without an alternative medical cause or bilaterally oophorectomized (removal of both ovaries).
You may be eligible if you:
Participation in a monitored clinical environment
Study visits scheduled
Support from a professional medical team
Reimbursement for your time and commitment
This study is a drug-drug interaction (DDI) study, which means it evaluates the effect that one drug has on the breakdown of another drug. This study will investigate whether there is the potential for a drug-drug interaction between SION-719 and ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel commonly used in birth control.
