This study is evaluating the effect safety, tolerability and breakdown of GM-5022 and how GM-5022 is broken down when given with a high fat meal.
- You will receive two total oral doses of GM-5022 (one will be in a FASTED state and the other in FED state). These doses will be separated by a 1 week washout

- You’ll receive $50-$500 per day in consideration of your time and effort.

Trial details
Participants:
- Healthy men and women (without depression)
- Age 18-55
- BMI: 18-30.9 kg/m2
- Not taking any rx medications
Procedures:
- Screening appointment approximately 5 hours long
- Cognitive and neuro assessments
- Must be able to consume high fat meal
Commitment:
- 2 inpatient stays each 3 nights / 4 days
- Inpatient day s -1 to 3 and day 7 to 10
Renumeration:
- Up to $3,886
