This study aims to understand how the drug, ASCT-83, works in the body after single or repeat doses, focusing on key measures like peak levels, lowest levels before the next dose, and overall exposure.

Participants will be expected to refrain from all tobacco, alcohol and recreational drug use during the study, including the final visit.
