Dr Gloria Wong is a dual-trained General Physician and Clinical Pharmacologist with a PhD in Pharmacology and over a decade of experience in clinical medicine, pharmacokinetics, and early-phase clinical trials. She currently serves as a Principal Investigator at Nucleus Network, where she leads first-in-human Phase 1 trials involving small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, antisense oligonucleotides, and siRNA therapies.
Her research and clinical interests include:
- Therapeutic drug monitoring and beta-lactam dosing optimization in critically ill patients
- Pharmacokinetics and PK/PD modeling
- Polypharmacy management in frail young adults
- Healthcare system improvement for young adults with disabilities
