Participate in a clinical study to improve blood glucose (sugar) in people with Type 2 diabetes.

Purpose: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational medication to improve blood glucose levels in patients with kidney impairment compared to those with normal kidney function.

Reimbursement for study participation will be provided for time and travel of up to $3,022

Transportation may be arranged to and from the Nucleus clinic for appointments.

Eligibility

Age: >18
BMI: 17.5-45.4 kg/m2
Medications: Stable concomitant medications for the management of medical conditions relevant to an individual participant’s medical history.
Compensation: up to $3,022 for study completion
Smoking history: Abstain from use of tobacco- or nicotine-containing products for a minimum of 2 hours before all vital signs and ECG measurements, and for a minimum of 2 hours before and after study drug dosing.
