COVID Treatment Study

Participate in a clinical study of a potential treatment for COVID-19. You will not be exposed to COVID-19 by taking part in this study.

Purpose: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational medication to treat COVID-19 .

While there are approved vaccines and treatments, there is an ongoing need for the development of new treatments, especially considering the different variants that have emerged.

There is one screening appointment, one inpatient stay 15 nights/ 16 days and 1 outpatient visit.

Reimbursement for study participation will be provided for time and travel of up to $5,600.

This study has been reviewed and approved by an independent ethics committee.

Transportation may be arranged to and from the Nucleus clinic for appointments.

Eligibility

Age: 18-80
BMI: 18.5-38 kg/m2
Medication: A stable medication regimen is required, defined as not starting new drug(s) or changing dosage(s) within 14 days prior to administration of study intervention
Compensation: up to $5,600
Smoking status: If the participant smokes tobacco, the participant must agree to smoke no more than 10 cigarettes per day from study entry until the Follow-up/Early Termination visit.
