Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart muscle becomes abnormally thick, making it difficult for the heart to pump blood. This study is looking at a treatment medication.

This condition is one of the most common heritable cardiac disorders and affects up to 1 in 500 people in the general population. The medication is designed to help with symptoms of shortness of breath and improve exercise capacity in these patients.

Age 18 - 45 years
BMI 18 - 32kg/m²
Medication Not taking any (contraceptives ok)
Medical History Nothing significant
Smoking History Social smokers okay (no more than 5 per week)
