Purpose: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational new drug for the treatment of central nervous system disorders in participants with kidney impairment compared to those with normal kidney function.

Reimbursement for study participation will be provided for time and travel of up to $6,850.

This study has 1 screening appointment, 1 inpatient stay of 11 nights/ 10 days and 1 outpatient visits.

Transportation may be arranged to and from the Nucleus Network clinic for appointments.

Age: 18-80
BMI: 18.5-40.0 kg/m2
Medications: Approved on case-by-case basis.
Compensation: up to $6,850
Smoking Status: non-smokers or smokers must agree to consume no more than 10 cigarettes or equivalent/day during the study treatment period.
Medical History: Severe renal impairment
