The purpose of this study is investigate a potential new cancer treatment called milademetan. It is hoped that it is a potential new treatment for various types of cancer.

The purpose of this study is investigate a potential new cancer treatment called milademetan. It is hoped that it is a potential new treatment for various types of cancer, including liposarcoma (a rare type of cancer that develops in the fatty tissue) and other advanced and metastatic solid tumours.

The study drug is an oral capsule that is designed to block a particular molecular interaction that can contribute to cancer growth. Participants will receive a single dose.

This study has screening appointments available at our Geelong clinic.

The trial has been approved by an independent ethics committee and eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time.

Eligibility

Biological Sex Males and women of non-childbearing potential
Age 18 - 55 years old
Weight Weight more than 50kg
BMI 18 - 30 kg/m2
Medications Not taking any medication
Medical History No significant medical history
Asthma History No history of adult asthma
Smoking History Non-smokers only
