Psoriasis is a chronic and often debilitating inflammatory disease that affects the skin. There are currently few oral treatment options, but they do not always provide enough relief.

This chronic inflammatory disease affects 1-3% of the world population. Current treatments are not always very effective, and patients often rely on topical treatments such as corticosteroid creams and vitamin D3 supplements. There is an ongoing need for the development of new, more efficient treatments.
