Age 18-55 years old
Weight ≥50kg
BMI ≥18.0 - ≤32.0kg/m²
Medical History No significant medical history
Smoking History Non-smokers or smoking ≤ 5 cigarettes per day (must be willing to abstain 48 hours prior to dosing)
