The study is researching a potential new potential vaccine for COVID-19 that is being tested as a booster.
The vaccine is being studied via various administration methods: intranasal (as a nasal spray), and inhalation (inhaled through the mouth via a nebulizer device).
While there are approved treatments, there is an ongoing need for improved treatment options that can provide relief from symptoms and lower the risk of hospitalization.
The trial has been approved by an independent ethics committee and participants will be reimbursed for their time.
Eligibility
Biological Sex Male or Female
Age 18 - 60 years old
BMI 18 - 32 kg/m²
Weight >50kg
Medical History No significant medical history
Medications Not taking any medications (contraception accepted)
Smoking History Non-smokers or smoking 5 cigarettes or less (per week) in past 3 months
Covid-19 Vaccination Received at least 2 doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine
