The 7 Night Study
The study drug is being studied as a potential new treatment for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

GAD is a disorder in which a person has excessive, exaggerated worry about everyday things. Symptoms of GAD include fear, worry and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. PTSD is an anxiety disorder in which a person has difficulty recovering after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event.
The study drug is given as a single oral dose and is hoped to be a more effective treatment for GAD and PTSD.
The trial has been approved by an independent ethics committee and eligible participants will be reimbursed for their time.

Eligibility
Biological Sex Healthy males and females of non-childbearing potential
Age 18 - 55 years old
BMI 19 - 32kg/m²
Medical History No significant medical history
Medications Not taking any medication
Smoking History Non-smokers only
