Medication: Medication approved on case-by-case basis for this study
Contraception: Hormonal and non-hormonal permitted
Smoking Status: No smoking restrictions for this study
Compensation: Up to $2,520
Study Duration: 5 visits up to month 6 and 5 follow up phone calls up to month 12
