If you’ve been diagnosed with Stage 3 or Stage 4 periodontitis, you could be eligible to participate.
Nucleus Network, Australia’s largest phase 1 clinical trials research organization, is seeking dedicated volunteers to participate in important Periodontitis research.
Approximately 30% of adults in Australia suffer from moderate to severe gum disease, particularly older individuals. Current treatments involve painful scraping to remove bacteria from below the gum line. Our potential new treatment is a vaccine designed to help the immune system produce antibodies to destroy Porphyromonas gingivalis bacteria.
