The Pulmonary Health Study
Looking for a meaningful way to give back?
Some research opportunities are specifically looking for healthy adults who are finished growing their families or are in a later stage of life.
Why this study matters
Healthy volunteers play an important role in helping researchers explore potential future therapies for people living with lung disease.
Now recruiting in Melbourne & Brisbane
We’re currently enrolling healthy volunteers at our Australian clinics. Both sites are professionally staffed and purpose-built for Phase 1 clinical research.
Earn up to $10,140 in compensation
Eligible participants are compensated for their time and commitment throughout the study. Payment reflects the number of visits and clinic stay required from screening through to completion.
A monitored clinical environment
Our clinic is staffed by a professional medical team and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including catered meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, and recreational areas — so you can focus on what matters.
The Pulmonary Health Study
Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) is a serious lung disease that causes scarring in the lungs and can make breathing increasingly difficult over time. While current treatments may help slow the disease, researchers continue working to better understand IPF and explore potential new therapies that may improve the future for patients and families affected by this condition.
Living with IPF
For people living with IPF, even simple acts like walking across a room or having a conversation can become increasingly difficult over time.
Continued research offers an opportunity to better understand the disease and explore potential future therapies for those affected.
Who may qualify
We’re looking for healthy volunteers who meet specific criteria to help advance IPF research.
Male (sterile) or female (post-menopausal or sterile)
Between 26-65 years old
Not currently taking long-term prescription medications
Healthy Weight (BMI 18.5-32 kg/m2)
Why participate?
Clinical research matters because people living with certain diseases urgently need better treatment options. Clinical research helps scientists continue exploring potential therapies that may improve quality of life and create hope for future generations.
