Brex Inpatient Study

The study is being conducted to assess the effect of Brexpiprazole on the body (specifically on blood pressure and heart rate) in combination with sertraline. The effects will be assessed along with sertraline and prazosin in addition to sertraline and propanolol.

The study is being conducted to assess the effect of Brexpiprazole on the body (specifically on blood pressure and heart rate) in combination with sertraline and in combination with sertraline and prazosin and with propanolol.

Reimbursement for study participation will be provided for time and travel of up to $4,246.00.

There are two screening appointments, two inpatient stays of 3 nights each and a follow-up telephone call 7 days after your last dose of study drug.

Eligibility

Age: 18-65 years of age, inclusive
BMI: 18.0-35.0 kg/m2, inclusive
Contraception: Two different approved methods of birth control for heterosexually active females of childbearing potential and males, or their partners, during the study and for 30 days after the last dose of study drug.
Smoking Status: nonsmoker or light smoker
Compensation: Up to $4,246.00
Medical History: In good health based on medical history, physical exam, vital signs, electrocardiogram (ECG), and lab test results
