We have already conducted phase 1 of this study where 131 healthy male and female participants between the ages of 18 and 59 received this vaccine. Therefore, we are now progressing to phase 2 of the study where a larger group of people will be given the vaccine. The goal of the study is to determine if the vaccine continues to be safe, how strongly it triggers an immune response, and to find out the best dose level.

Participants in this study will be given the vaccine and then return for follow up visits where blood samples will be taken to assess whether the body has created antibodies. You will not be exposed to Coronavirus as part of this study. The vaccine in not live, it has been manufactured in a laboratory and does not contain any elements of the virus that could make you ill.

This study has been approved by an independent ethics committee, and you will be reimbursed for your time.
