Immune Study
This study is looking at a potential new treatment of inflammatory disorders (e.g. Chronic fever syndromes,) and diseases of the nervous system (e.g. Alzheimer’s).

The medication is designed to treat these disorders by inhibiting the over-activation of the immune system. The purpose of this study is to investigate how this medication is absorbed and processed in a healthy body.

Eligibility
Biological Sex Healthy males (and females of non-childbearing potential)
Age 18 – 55 years old
BMI 18 – 32 kg/m²
Body Weight > 50kg
Medical History Nothing significant
Smoking History Non-smokers or social smokers (no more than 2 cigarettes per week)
Dietary Restrictions No relevant dietary restrictions (must be able to consume a high fat breakfast with milk, eggs, bacon and hash browns)
