What is the study about?
Autoimmune diseases can cause inflammation and tissue damage, often due to the body’s immune system attacking itself. Current treatments may not fully address the underlying biological processes contributing to these symptoms.
This clinical trial is evaluating the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of a potential new treatment administered by intravenous (IV) infusion.
This initial phase is crucial before testing the treatment in patients with these conditions. By participating, you will contribute to research that could enhance future treatments and positively impact individuals and families affected by these diseases.

Clinical Trial Details:
- Study medication: administered via intravenous (IV) infusion.
- This is the first time the study drug has been given to humans and therefore there are potentially unknown risks involved. This clinical trial has been carefully designed to minimise the risks for participants. Prior to participation you will be provided with detailed information about the trial, its risks and our mitigation strategies, and have an appointment with one of our doctors who will happily answer any questions that you may have.
- An independent ethics committee has approved this clinical trial.
Volunteers Required:
- Female or Male
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B
- 18-55 years old
- Weigh 50-100kg (inclusive)
- BMI 18–32 kg/m2
- No significant medical history
- Non-smokers or smoking less than 5 cigarettes per week
