Eligibility
Biological Sex Healthy people
Age 50 - 75 years old
Weight Weigh more than 45kg
BMI 18 - 32 kg/m²
Medication Not taking any other medications (hormone replacement therapy, cholesterol medication, and antidepressants may be permitted on a case-by-case basis)
Medical History No significant medical history
Smoking History Non-smokers only
