Eligibility
Biological Sex Healthy males and females
Age 18 - 55 years old, inclusive
BMI 18 - 32kg/m²
Body Weight ≥ 50 kg
Medications Not taking any medication (except for stable doses of antidepressants)
Medical History No significant medical history
Smoking History Non-smokers and casual smokers only (no more than 10 cigarettes per week)
